Guideposts Trust exists to provide direct services in the community for people with or recovering from mental health issues, for people with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, for people with a learning disability and for children with special needs. We believe that all people have a right to an equality of opportunity.

The MND Association is the only national charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland that funds and promotes global research into the disease and provides support for people affected by MND.

It’s a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (and getting) stuff for free in their own towns. It’s all about reuse and keeping good stuff out of landfills. Each local group is moderated by local volunteers (them’s good people). Membership is free.
