Intuition is defined as ‘a thing that one knows or considers likely from instinctive feeling rather than conscious reasoning.’ The word ‘intuition’ comes from the Latin word “intueri”, which means to see within.
Intuition has been referred to in many different ways including sixth sense, following your heart, guidance, inspiration and inner wisdom. However we may choose to refer to it, the Law of Attraction explains that everyone is an extension of source energy and has access to infinite intelligence within them. Also, as everyone is unique with unique intentions and desires, everyone’s guidance from infinite intelligence is unique to them.
Guidance or intuition can come in many different forms including feelings, dreams, visions, hearing the same thing several times in a short period of time and synchronicities. However, whilst it can come in different ways some of which are outer signs you can know the significance of it by how it feels. There are also different reasons as to why you receive guidance, often it is to lead you in a particular direction, whilst at other times it is to reassure you that things are working out for you and that there is a loving universe that is aware of and assisting you.
It has been that said that guidance takes into account an infinite number of factors from a higher perspective and that usually we are not aware of all of these factors as if we were, we would be overloaded with unnecessary information when all we need is the guidance about what to do or what to think. In relation to this sometimes the guidance doesn’t seem logical, however the more people begin to pay attention to it, the more they usually see that it is assisting them. For instance as guidance is operating in a non-linear framework, someone’s guidance might tell them to meet a friend on Saturday afternoon but logically they know they can’t because they have a client on Saturday afternoon, however their infinite intelligence is taking into account the fact that the client is going to reschedule their appointment. Another interesting aspect of guidance is that usually you are not given guidance for the whole of your journey but rather moment by moment guidance for the next step.
A key part of living the Law of Attraction is developing an increased awareness of and relationship with your intuition. People are sometimes taught to listen to others, rather than to follow what feels right to them, however as they begin to increasingly follow their own guidance, they become more of their own authority in their life and to know that their unique guidance matters. Following your own guidance also leads to life being easier and more of an exciting adventure.
It can be best to begin to follow your guidance on things that are more inconsequential such as which way to walk or drive. The more you listen to and follow your guidance the more you will then having an increasing ability to discern what is guidance and what isn’t and you will gain more and more confidence and trust in your own guidance and how it is benefiting you.
Whilst guidance is always available there are several things that you can do to open yourself to receive it more. One powerful way is to firstly begin to pay attention to it and to appreciate it when you do receive it, as this will keep you in a receptive mode to allow more guidance to flow. Also, as infinite intelligence is operating on the level of love and appreciation through doing regular lists of appreciation you will have greater access to guidance. Furthermore meditating regularly clears the mind which allows guidance to be more easily recognised.
A final technique that can be useful if you have a particular decision to make, is to write down a request to the universe such as “allow me to know which direction to take in my life” and to then go into meditation. Very often through having firstly clarified and focused on the question by writing it, an answer will come to you during the unresisted time of meditation. However, even if it doesn’t come to you immediately if you do your best to stay open to receiving an answer at a later time, the answer will very likely come.

Have you ever caught yourself saying “Be Careful What You Wish For”?
Did you know that as you use these expressions, you’re really describing evidence of the Law of Attraction? Law of Attraction says, that which is likened to itself is drawn. So think about it… what goes around comes around is the perfect example.
Even as you’re saying these things I’m wondering if you’re really understanding just how powerful the Law of attraction is? The bottom line is that Law of Attraction is responsible for much of what you see in your experience.
Here’s another example of evidence of Law of Attraction: Think about your own experiences or those near you. In fact it’s sometimes easier to see it in others. Notice the correlation between what you’re thinking, speaking and what you’re getting.
Or notice others who are negative and attract negative relationships, situations and events over & over. Or those who talk the most about illness have more of it, and those who think and talk the most about not having enough money, don’t have it.
Your Thought And Emotions Create Your Experience… Period!
Here’s how it works: Think of your thoughts and emotions as magnetic. As you think a thought you attract similar thoughts. Without doing it on purpose you even dig into your past experiences for similar thoughts. And then you start to talk about it and others reach into their experience for similar thoughts and if they are negative thoughts, you start on this downward negative spiral. So even a small, insignificant thought can grow to be very powerful and evoke negative emotion. Thoughts with powerful emotion are the attractor factor.
By the same token, when you think about what you DO want, you will begin to draw people and conversations and events that are in alignment with what you do want and you’ll feel positive emotion.
How To Do It!
1. Want to avoid what you don’t want? Don’t give it any thought.
2. Want to attract what you DO want? Think about it! The more you think about what you DO want the clearer you’ll become, and as you focus on it, your positive passion and emotion will bubble up and the powerful Law of Attraction will match your powerful emotions!
Remember Thoughts + Strong Emotion will bring about the change you want! So, make it what you Do want rather than what you don’t want!

Learn Mind Power – The Real Secrets
You probably didn’t know it, but your mind is actually far more powerful than you think. Like a magnet, what it sees and thinks it will eventually bring to itself. This is something called the ‘Law of Attraction’. What the law of attraction basically states is that if you believe something, it’s going to happen.
The law of attraction is basically the act of believing something is going to happen so strongly that it does. You can have the best life if you want it, but you have to be able to think it, feel it, and envision it first. This may take some practice, but success only comes with persistence in any endeavor. The power of the mind is amazing.
Most people do not realize how powerful their mind is. According to research, people only use 10% of their actual brain power. That means 90% is going to waste! Instead of believing in our mind power, we stick with what we know and take the easy way.
This is part of the reason that we have trouble in life. We think negative thoughts because we do not believe that the positive can happen. We just continue to attract negativity. The reality is that when we think that way then it will happen.
First, understand that ‘reality’ is within your mind. Whatever you’ve got to this point has been because of your subconscious mind power. A lot of people think that everyone has extra sensory or psychic powers. But you have to make an effort for these powers to come out. Your mind power is real; just choose to use it.
If you want something better out of life, you just have to visualize it.and this works in reverse, too. People who expect the worst, get the worst.
A few things you can do may help you to increase your mind power. One thing you can try is a technique called visualization. This is a powerful technique that will let you exercise your mind. It can even lead to you gaining more mind power.
When you visualize, what you do is to sit down and create pictures and images inside your mind’s eye. Doing so is going to bring these images to life in your own reality, but first, you have to start by thinking about it. You need to get your subconscious mind involved, too, because your subconscious mind is very powerful when it comes to creating your own real-life from the images you see.
The subconscious mind is what will actually bring these images to life. Make sure the images you hold in your mind are positive images. Think a little bit about how you actually want your life before you begin your visualization practice.
You might try this: Write everything down on a piece of paper, either as a list or as though you were telling a story. What goals do you have for yourself? Then, create what you visualize around these goals. Writing these things down will make it hard for you to simply ignore them another day. Try doing this several times a day at first until what you’re doing becomes ‘real’ to you.
You can also use affirmations to increase your mind power. Affirmations are simply little, encouraging positive sayings that you can save yourself throughout the day. It can be about anything. For example, if you want to lose 10 pounds, you can say something to the effect of, ‘I’m losing the extra weight effortlessly and easily.’ As you continue to say this, you may notice that truly, the weight is actually coming off pretty easily. It’ll just naturally start to happen.
Positive things will happen if you think positive. Just remember it also works the same way with negative thoughts.
Another option is to use brainwave entrainment to develop your mind power. This is done through the synchronization of brainwaves using different frequencies through audio technology. The brain is an amazing thing in that it can do more than one thing at a time. Using advanced audio technology you can improve your minds power to heal.
You can also enhance your memory and bring into effect the psychic powers you have, which already exist. This is a pretty advanced procedure, but it does work.
Again, literally everyone has this power, the power of the mind. It’s a matter of believing in your abilities and then working on developing them. Again, this isn’t likely to happen overnight, but it will happen if you stay focused. You can have the life you want. You can change your circumstances from bad to good, or your luck from bad to good. As you work on developing your mind power, you can then train it out into the universe for good, so that what you put out will manifest back to you in the positive, and is what you desire.
Remember everything starts with the subconscious mind. The only thing holding you back is your conscious mind!

Do you feel sometimes as being in the middle of a desert? When you started you had a clear vision of your goals, but now you don’t know any more whether you are going in a right direction, you have begun to fear, worry and doubt. This is usually the moment we leave the right path and start going around in circles. I was once doing my research in the Middle East and took a taxi to go somewhere, but my taxi driver didn’t have faith in me, and every time I asked him to go straight, he turned right or left. Thus, I wasted lot of time driving around in circles until he decided to trust me and we reached our destination. Worry and fear cause doubt which is the biggest reason of all the failures in our lives. Our confidence is cut off when we are fearful and worried.
Robert Anthony says that “self-confidence is the inner feeling of certainty”. Brian Tracy states that successful people act in spite of fear, while unsuccessful people let fear stop them, because successful people are self-confident and they move intuitively in the right direction. Self-confidence is not just a self-confident look on your face, acting like you are better than others. It is your inner guidance and peace of mind. It simply means having faith in oneself. Self-confidence gives us energy to create our dreams. Steve G. Jones says that our lives are shaped by decisions that we make and the decision to act is fueled by confidence. If you want to land at your dream job but lack the confidence to make the decision to act in a way that would bring you closer to your goals, you will probably wind up without achieving your goal. Confidence is a resource which is both invaluable and essential toward the achievement of any goal.
We often let worry take over our lives, as worry is almost our God. Atkinson says that “a man may worry himself to death and yet nothing will be accomplished, but when he transmutes his worry and discontent into desire and belief, then something happens.” Rev. Christopher Ian Chenoweth compares worrying to being in a rocking chair. You are rocking back and forth, back and forth – you feel like you are doing something, but you are not getting anywhere. You are just mentally and physically tiring yourself out. Thinking about all the things that could be wrong or go wrong doesn’t make your life any more controllable or safer. Mark Twain said once: “I’ve suffered a great many catastrophes in my life. Most of them never happened”. 99% of what we worry about, never come to pass. Worry can never accomplish anything. Worry is negative and destructive. William Walker Atkinson claims in his book “Thought Vibration Or the Law of Attraction in the Thought World” that worry is the child of fear – if you kill out fear, worry will die for want of nourishment.
The act of worrying is using your imagination and emotion to create something you do not want. If you are in a situation where you haven’t got any results in achieving your goals, and you start to question and doubt, you are moving away from your goals. Joseph Murphy states that our subconscious mind creates our reality through the pictures we accept and hold. If you have been doing affirmations over a period of years and still getting nowhere, it would be wise to look inwardly at the pictures that you have been holding about yourself. If you are not sure, if you doubt, then it will not come to pass, because the messages you send to your subconscious mind are controversial and you sabotage your goals. That is why we fail to manifest what we want.
Brad Yates provides an example how contradictory thoughts influence our manifestation. If we imagine ourselves going to a restaurant and ordering a hamburger, but immediately as the waiter walks away, you say, “I really shouldn’t have that. Maybe I should order a salad. Or maybe I should have a sandwich.” The waiter stands there waiting for you to make up your mind, and you wonder why you don’t have your hamburger yet. Our subconscious mind is like this waiter, he can’t serve us if we send contradictory signals to it. Some people try visualizing and affirming what they want for a moment, but then they spend the rest of the time undoing this creation by worrying and doubting. Joseph Murphy reminds us that when our desires and imagination are in conflict, our imagination invariably wins. Ron Holland confirms it in his book “Eureka Enigma” by saying that when the words and the pictures are in conflict it is always the pictures that win.
Rev. Chenoweth advises to say to yourself: “The worry stops here!” You must do it at the moment when you feel worried, not later. Focus only on what you desire. Do not focus on your fear of not achieving your goal. If you doubt it, then it will not come to pass. Chenoweth says that if we see our problem as a heavy rope, it seems to be strong and unbreakable. And yet this rope is made of individual strands. If you would take it apart, it would be easy to break these strands even with bare hands. If you stop worrying and trying too hard to get solutions consciously, your subconscious mind will solve problems for you, and you start to move intuitively in the right direction. You have to shift your awareness to your desired reality in order to draw it into manifestation. The key is to feel comfortable with thinking, talking and acting in a state where your desire is already a reality. This means that you must relax and release all stress related to achieving your goal. You have the power to bring yourself into harmony with who you really are – a being that has infinite possibilities of experiencing great success in life.
